Thanks for flagging this! PDF preview issues in the data room have been reported by other users as well, and it does seem to be intermittent and sometimes device or browser dependent.

A couple of things worth trying in the meantime:

• Try a different browser or device to see if the previews load
• Check if the issue affects all file types or just PDFs specifically

That said, we'll look into what might be causing files to silently fail to load without any error message shown. We'll share any updates here!
